Dates filled with Almond and Cream

Sukkur Dates

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 12 Sukkur dates, pitted

Directions:

  1. Soak almond in water for 6-8 hours, I usually do overnight
  2. Remove the skin of almonds.
  3. Take dates and insert almond in it. If dates are small chop the dates.
  4. Then cover it with cream and put it in fridge
  5. Serve the filled dates immediately, or store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
