Ingredients:
- 1 cup roasted oats
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup chopped dates
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
Directions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the roasted oats, chopped peanuts and walnuts, chopped dates, chocolate chips, sesame and flax seeds.
- In a separate smaller mixing bowl, mix the peanut butter and honey together until smooth. Microwave it for like 20 seconds.
- Pour the peanut butter and honey mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir until everything is evenly coated and the mixture is starting to stick together.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and press down firmly to compact the ingredients.
- Place it in refrigerator for like 30 minute
- Slice it in sqaures or rectangles.
- Store the muesli bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, or in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Note: Increase the honey and peanut butter mixture if its crumbling!
