Museli Bar

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup roasted oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped dates
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey

Directions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the roasted oats, chopped peanuts and walnuts, chopped dates, chocolate chips, sesame and flax seeds.
  2. In a separate smaller mixing bowl, mix the peanut butter and honey together until smooth. Microwave it for like 20 seconds.
  3. Pour the peanut butter and honey mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir until everything is evenly coated and the mixture is starting to stick together.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and press down firmly to compact the ingredients.
  5. Place it in refrigerator for like 30 minute
  6. Slice it in sqaures or rectangles.
  7. Store the muesli bars in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, or in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Note: Increase the honey and peanut butter mixture if its crumbling!
